Flour Tortillas (Bigger size is better – about 4 will be enough)

1 package dry Ranch dressing mix

1 container Whipped Cream Cheese

2-3 jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped

      (use gloves or remember to not touch your face!)

1  teaspoon cayenne pepper ( or to taste)

Mix ingredients and spread on tortillas. Hint: don’t bother spreading mixture over to the far sides of the tortilla. Roll up and slice off ends of roll to make it even. (If you spread it to the ends – then you can just go ahead and eat those.) Wrap tightly in plastic wrap making it airtight. Refrigerate 4 hours. Slice and serve.
