1 LB NEESE’S HOT SAUSAGE

1 ROUND LOAF PANERA ASIAGO FOCACCIA BREAD

6 EGGS

2 CUPS MILK

1 1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

2 TEASPOONS JALEPENO MUSTARD

1 TEASPOON GROUND PEPPER

1/2 TEASPOON CAYENNE PEPPER

SALT TO TASTE

4 SLICES PEPPER JACK CHEESE CUT INTO TRIANGLES

Cook sausage and drain well. ( I used 12 Sparkle paper towels to squeeze out all excess grease) Spray a deep 9×13 baking dish with Pam. Tear bread into bite size pieces and use enough to fill dish to halfway point. Press down on bread pieces in dish to get a good measure. (I had a little left over) Stir cooked sausage and cheddar cheese into bread pieces. Whip eggs into milk and add mustard and spices. Pour over bread mixture. Top with sliced Pepper Jack cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate  12 – 24 hours.  Cook covered at 325 for glass dishes and 350 for metal pans. Cook about 50 minutes. Take cover off and cook until done for about 5 – 10 more minutes.
