1 1/2 Pounds lean round steak trimmed

2 tablespoons low-cal margarine

1  16 oz can stewed tomatoes ( I used jalaopeno tomatoes)

1 small sweet onion

1 stalk sliced celery

1 sliced medium carrot

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablesoon all-ourpose flour

2 1/4 cup water

Between wax paper, use a meat mallet or rolling pin to flatten meat to 1/4 inch thicknenss

Brown meat on both sides in margarine in an electric frying pan. Wash pan.

Return meat to pan and add stewed tomatoes, onion, celery, carrots and worcestershire sauce.

Cover and cook over low heat approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes or meat is tender. Remove meat and keep warm. Combine flour and salt , add water and stir well. Add to tomato mixture. . Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened and bubbly. Remove tomato mixture and pour over meat.
